There are two employees there...Sherry and Lisa. They are so professional and go out of their way to resolve any issue. While I was there just chatting with other customers, many of them said they won't go to any one else. I wouldn't leave ATT because of these two employees!!
A man and his wife came in to say he had lost his phone. They were pretty sure it was in the car but couldn't find it. Sherry found it for them!! They were so grateful they hugged her!
