Called and was told they for sure had three heaters in stock after we told her we would be driving a little distance to get one apparently within 30 minutes they sold all three. no one was willing to help all they could say is we sold them over 30 minutes ago, If they sold them before we called they should have just told us. All they wanted to do was look on the computer where it said they still had 3 in stock in stead of helping us look. They were useless.

Had an entire buggy full of Christmas. Got the last Lowes 18 wheeler toy truck! Then my entire buggy was taken. First the truck was removed, while looking around store with associate, my entire buggy was taken. Store not busy. I'm convince the young lady lingering near tools, an employee is responsible for the truck and then to cover her butt she took the whole buggy!! Canceling credit card. Never again! I'd give a negative review if possible. And all management said was so sorry. 2 hours of shopping. UNBELIEVABLE

This Store Hardly ever has what I need in stock.They're usually out of everything.Even when It says they have it in store When I check online.It's hard to find anyone to help you out. And their prices are super high.

I have been doing business with Lowe’s since 1996 in several cities and states. Primarily in the DFW. I have never found Lowes employee attitudes or customer service to come anywhere near the level of the Monroe LA store.Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of their store with the ready to serve attitude. Over last 90 days I’ve been in that store almost daily used their appliance and lumber delivery and each contact has been the same, excellent. The deliveries were perfect. Very impressed with lumber materials delivered and the driver was a real pro. Thanks for your service it’s appreciated!Larry

Never will I ever purchase any appliances from Lowes anywhere! Did you all know that Lowes has hired a third party person to deliver your appliances. They say it’s to get the appliances to the customers faster!On Monday September 25, 2023, I purchased a washer & dryer in the amount of $1200.00. They delivered the washer and dryer today September 26, 2023. Two young men came in and hooked up washer& dryer, to make a long story short, both washer and dryer was not hooked up properly. I called the men back and the first time I called; the young man told me to tell my husband to make the adjustments. After I informed him that was his job he came back. However he didn’t fix the problem, after that I discovered that the dryer wasn’t hooked up also. I called the guy back and this time he told me he couldn’t come back! I called the store and spoke to customer service and she was apologetic and escalated the call to the Alexandria, La. The manager over the delivery unit stated that she could have done one come on tomorrow however she couldn’t guarantee me a time as if I didn’t have other things to do. I told her no and that she needed to send someone back and complete the work. Well after back and forward for almost four hours no resolution and speaking to Marketing Managers, don’t know why! I will never and I encourage all to purchase your appliances from your local mom and pops stores. We have made these big retail chains stores into monsters, they no longer value customers they value the money. Well from now on I’m going to do what was done back in the day before chain store came alone I will support my mom and pops stores they what the meaning of customer satisfaction!Let’s see how quick I get an automated response from this post!

I’m an avid gardener that visits the garden center at least twice weekly during planting seasons to purchase marked down flowers, soil, and mulch. Lowes is a little far out with Home Depot being closer and often prices are a tad bit lower. For years, I’ve made the decision to make most of my purchases from Lowe’s. Well within 2 weeks the rules for discounted purchases has changed several times in the garden center. You can only purchase 50% off if bags are half full. What genius came up with that? Why would I pay 50% for torn bags half full when I can get one all the way full for and pay regular price for it? Why would I accept 10% off for torn bags when Home Depot is likely to be 10% less expensive? It’s the store’s right to make those changes. However, I guess I’ll just stick to Home Depot to get all of my purchases. No need to drive way out there for no incentives.

Ordered new flooring august 10 2023. Service pros came and measured rooms when scheduled. Paid Lowe’s when estimate came back. Delivery scheduled 08-21Someone has to be placed in home because the flooring has to be at room temperature for installation. I spent two days 8-21 and 8-22 waiting, no calls returned until 8-24. Then scheduled delivery 8-26, it was delivered but came from Shreveport store and told someone from Monroe store would place flooring in house by 6:00 pm. I was told at Monroe store initially they had almost 500 boxes of flooring in their store. Wasted two days of my time and told an untruth statement and no one from Monroe has showed up. If you go to Lowe’s do all your own pickup and delivery. DON’T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!!!

Always have a good experience in Lowe's. The only reason they don't have 5 stars is down to the awful scheduling that management do with the employees. They always have far too many departments to watch over. But the staff themselves there are top notch. They do their absolute best and are always friendly, albeit over worked. Today I needed a ladder and some fittings. They told me exactly where to find an appropriate cart, and where each item was. The checkout process was quick, and left with what I needed.
