Happy Holidays is an understatement I entered the MONROE store on yesterday simply shopping for Christmas gift.. The young man at the front of the store, who is doing monogramming spoke, but the entire time I was in the store as well as the store was packed. He was on his personal phone with the earpiece, and I asked for any Philadelphia Eagles apparel he said if he had any, it would be in the front section by NFL apparel I found one, I asked him about monogramming. He stated it would be a four hour wait if that wasn’t a problem, I said no it was not. He stated because his employees are slow I asked him cognitively he said yes so I asked what about him and he said he could not be slow because he was the boss. .. then I noticed the jersey hanging above his head, and we asked to see it, and he said which one we stated the color of the one we wanted, and he still asked which one but never looked up to see the apparel then he tells me I can guess the size from there if I want to see it, or I can get down myself . Then he tells me he has employees in the back of the store that get paid to help people like me I went the back and found an employee asked to help me he apologize for the rudeness of the other guy. That claimed to be the boss and I asked him if this store didn’t have what I needed, could you tell me where the nearest location to this and whatever city, the guy claim to be the manager heard me asking for the next location while he was on his call and he told me “ I wasn’t gonna do anything in that store” and I simply said to him I’m trying to make a purchase. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or he doesn’t need to work holidays or retail might not be the thing for him. He was rude and he was on his personal phone the entire time people needed help in the store , he was working on one hat ( monogramming the name, Brandon) and had at least 10 or 12 to embroider that day for me to not frequent the store. This was my worst experience and I simply wanted to get a Christmas gift for my 73-year-old mother. I won’t be back, and I’ve shared my experience with several people .

Usually a great place for hats but, since the covid 19 pandemic they been having one worker and today I went into the store for service and the young lady was on the phone and instead telling the person on the phone to hold on she tells me to hold on huh needless to say they lost money and a customer that day only in Monroe
