If I could give a ZERO I would. I ordered a couple of extra chairs to go with my dining set. The order was over $300. The order was placed in Nov. 2022. I still have not received the chairs or a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM EASY LIVING!

If I could give a ZERO I would! Do NOT buy anything from this company. They delivered a table to me that was damaged by the forklift. They found someone to repair the table, and I was satisfied. So, I ordered 2 additional chairs to go with the table (over $300). That was a year ago. I have not received the chairs nor have I received a refund, and, Brian Shanklin, the person I have been communicating with, refuses to respond to my emails. So, he STOLE over $300 from me!!

This is something I have NEVER DONE, order online and this is my first time writing a review on an experience I've had with a company.I order my bedroom set from Easy Living Furniture and during the process Brian was very helpful and professional. well my order was place January 7, 2022. and after so many calls and followup on my delivery I finally got delivery in May with headboard crack and one missing nightstand. I called and sent picture of damage item and was told a claim will be place never heard anything else. I've been continually calling texting and emailing on the missing nightstand that I paid $645 for. Got one text that my ETA was on June 5 nothing was delivered and I haven't heard anything else since then. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with this process I've ordered furniture from different stores and I always get a text followup letting me know that they haven't forgotten about me and my order is still on backorder and thanking me for my patience. But Easy Living Furniture you don't hear anything and you can't leave no message just terrible business taking people money and not delivering merchandise we are all in a pandemic and dealing with Inflation and it is not good to take from anyone we are all hurting in some form of way.I don't recommend this company to anyone and its so sad. but one thing I do know God sees all and knows all and everyone will have to give account to their actions.I will be getting in touch with BBB and filing a complaint on this company immediately.

Very disappointed!I'm having a terrible experience with EZ Living. I placed an order and paid $844, back on November 9, 2021. I was contacted in February with the news that the furniture delivery was going to take longer. I decide to cancelled my order in March 5th, 2022. Since then the company have refused to refund me. Its $844 that took my almost a year to save, I am not rich by any means and I wanted to furnish my new house. It is sad that I have been giving no money, no refund...only excuses. I just went to their website and doesn't exist anymore and the phone number is not available. I guess I will have to save again and buy from a company that is well know. I can't believe it. DONT buy from Ez!

Delivered my furniture with a fork lift hole in the back and was supposed to replace it when the new one came in, well it's been a YEAR & no one has delivered anything replacements or responded! They keep deleting my reviews & Im going to keep posting everywhere! Do not shop here! 8/1/2022

After two attempts to deliver a bed I ordered (both times the bed was damaged) easy living told me that they would need to "start the refund process" I followed up every day for a week asking what the eta of that would be (with no response until I threatened to go to the BBB). At that point I was told it would be 14 days to receive my refund. That was 21 days ago. No refund and no response or communication from Easy Living Furniture.

Scammer, not a real drop ship merchant. Banks typically do not allow disputes past 90 days. So he stalls with delays for 90 days then changes his phone number and website and starts fresh on the next scam.

If you don’t want your money to be stolen DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! On August 23rd 2021, I made a purchase of a coffee table on this company’s website. They said they did not have the table in stock and it was going to take some time because the furniture ships from Asia, and furniture industry has been experiencing shipping delays after the COVID-19 pandemic started, which I understand. Seven months after making my purchase and staying in touch with them, I still did not have my furniture shipped out. I ask them to cancel my order and refund my money if they are not able to satisfy it, for which they agreed. Weeks went by and I didn’t get my money refunded, and I don’t understand why because a refund takes only between 7 to 10 business days. I filed a claim with my bank for which they gave me a provisional refund. This refund was reversed after the bank found out I was past the window period to file a claim for not shipped items on an online purchase. Then I talked to the Easy Living Furniture people on the phone and they agreed to mail me a check, but it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t seen a check from this company in my mailbox. Who sends checks anymore? Just give me an electronic refund of my money. What you’re doing is called STEALING, and I am getting in touch with consumer protection and the Better Business Beaureau to take legal actions against your company for this. I ordered furniture back in November 2021 but never received the furniture due shipping delays. The furniture never arrived so I requested a refund at the end of January 2022. The customer service representative continually told me my refund was in the mail but I have yet to receive my refund of $2600 dollars. I paid $3200 dollars for the furniture but had $600 dollars refunded based on a discount with a refund of $2600 owed to me. As recently as April 2022, I spoke to a young lady at the company who said my refund was sent out by mail just to find out it had not. I then received a text message saying it had been sent certified mail but have yet to receive anything. Now they will not answer my calls.This not a business anyone should purchase from because there is dishonesty and no organization. I plan to take this matter further. Please beware!!!

If I could have 0 stars, I would. I ordered something from this place and I had to wait 4 months just for it to never get to me. When I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund, it took many phone calls to finally get it "processed". It has been 2 months and I still haven't received my money back.

Brian and Jennifer did an incredible job helping me find the right recliner to meet my needs. They even did the impossible of getting it delivered and placed inside my rv, which all rv owners know that the door is very narrow. I would highly recommend easy living furniture
