I Went here to get my nails done. It was my first time doing the mood change nail polish, So I let the husband match the colors that I wanted for my toes and nails since I like them to match. He painted my toes first. I was cool until he polished my nails. The mess was totally off and didn’t match. Remind you that he was the one to pick out the colors and said they matched. It was completely two different colors when he was done. So I politely asked him can he just paint my toes white instead since the mood colored turned white. He had the audacity to tell me I had to pay again. REALLY?! Whatever happened to customer service and making clients feel happy about the service you suppose to provide them? I will NOT be returning here again. If you like your nails/toes a certain way...DO NOT GO HERE! They will make you pay again for something they mess up on. I see if I was the one to pick the colors. He did! These people are lazy and only want to make money. Should have been a sign when I stepped in the door and nobody was in there on a Friday. Avoid LeLe Nails on Desaird Street in Monroe, Louisiana. They only care about money and not satisfying customers needs.
