My daughter and I have our nails done once a month and I’m usually very pleased with the services I receive at Kool nails . However today was different the man that done my pedicure and manicure seemed very rushed even tho they were not busy . He did not even put cuticle cream on my finger nails or toenails no lotion on my feet . I told him I did not like the color on my ring finger and he just kept painting anyway.. My daughter asked the male doing her fingernails for oval shaped nails 3 times and her nails are in a complete triangle he even filled her real nail into a quick to the point it was bleeding . I’m very upset with the service I received today .

I went in two weeks ago, and got a pedicure, normally they do good work, two days later I had blisters underneath my big toe. I went to doctor and was told I'd contracted a bacteria, im taking medication every six hours, I went back only to get a refill, but I mentioned it to the owner, even tried to show him my to he told me no!!!!! I wish I could upload a picture of my foot, this is the last time I go there!!!!!!

My nails were done on 3/ 29...powder dip. 3 days later two nails cracked, they were redone. On the following Saturday 2 more cracked and broke. I will never frequent this shop again nor will I recommend it. It's a shame when the good have to suffer for those whose service is minute.

It’s Sad How These Human Messed Up My Nails For 60.00$ She Tried To Make Me Pay 70.00 I Asked For Medium Short Nails &Polishes Cut Toenails.I Got Short Nails I Have A Mustard Color .The Lady Have A Light Coat On Them I Can Literally See The False Nail.My Nails Are Sharp At The Ends It Can Cut Thru Skin.I Want Them Off Badly.I Had To Literally Clip My Own Toenails&File The False Down From Being Sharpened Myself.These People Cannot Do Nails At All.They Can’t Even Paint With Thick Solid Coats On Nails .Ilove Square Nails Which They Cannot Do.

The Service was so so! I was rushed through my pedicure. I’m was born and raised in Monroe La. And came back to visit family during the holiday. Stopped by here for a quick pedicure and eyebrow wax. But the entire experience was not at all what I expected. Young lady who did my pedicure was forceful when doing my toes.

I when to them for my homecoming nails the lady did not do a good job my nails are cracked the lines are not full and over done, a lot of nail polish on my skin.I’m very disappointed I thought better of them for their work I have seen on their website.Services: Nail designs

I have tried a few different salons in Monroe/West Monroe since moving back from Austin and this place has proven to be the best. I typically get a pedicure and manicure with natural nails, so I can't comment on their acrylic work. Great service, good prices, and kind workers. This is definitely my go to spot.

First time coming here, initially I came because of the good reviews, but I received the opposite in service. The men in the front were nice. I’m very specific about my brows and I asked the lady for a clean up and arched brows but not too thin. I kept telling her what I want her to fix and she wouldn’t do it. She didn’t want to go back over them and wax them in the areas I pointed to and took too much on my left brow at the top. I’m walking out with uneven brows and nothing that I asked for was done. I had to go to another shop to get them fixed. I will not be returning.

I came to Kool Nails for a pedicure and dip nails. The pedicure was adequate although one toenail chipped after one week. It took the tech over an hour to do my dip nails, and she nicked my cuticles more than once. My fingernails started to chip and peel after 5 days. The staff was congenial, but lacked in skill. I will not go there again.
