Call this morning to see if this shop could repair my car...I didn't know exactly what type of work they did, so asked the guy that answered the phone at 12:20 noon was this a body shop or do they also do repairs...he skipped over my question and said what type of vehicle do you have? I reiterated question again and his response was of course it is what do you think this is a mechanic shop. That was very nasty and unprofessional, and I would never allow your shop to fix on my car. Afterwards I came here to read reviews I'm like where is the customer service smh

Larry at Japanese Automotive has taken care of me time and time again. Everyone I know with a Japanese car in need of maintenance goes here. I don't trust many people with my car besides Larry and myself. Every member of the staff that I have interacted with has been kind and quick to get the job done!

We took our car back one more time to see if we could get the problem fixed. Great news they finally figured out the problem corrected it and I definitely would recommend this shop. They kept working on the problem until they finally figured out what it was. Thank you for the great and determined service. Would recommend this place for repairs.
