way way to over priced was charge almost 200 to file taxes just to say i owe more money . it cost me over $300 to do my taxes for 2 yrs. will never EVER BE USING THIS COMAPNY AGAIN .... LOWER YOUR PRICES.

Had an appointment for 1:30 for the advance. Got there, no lights or anyone there. However, there were cars in front of the business and in the business spot. Had to call customer service filed a complaint and rescheduled. Highly disappointed

DON'T DO AN ADVANCE!!! There new system is set up to deny people who have normally gotten advances in the past. I have been with HR Block for over ten years, received an for the last five years, has paid it back every single year, yet today I was denied because they are using a new bank PATHWAY! Horrible services do not use them go to Hewitt Jackson.
