I only give them one star because zero was not a choice. Came to pick up a car that I rented from Hertz at the airport, but there was no one at the desk. I waited for 45 minutes and no one showed up so I could not pick up the car that I had previously rented.

Awesome customer service. Laryn was amazing. She posted a note with directions for me to retrieve my car after hours. 5 stars.

Laryn was so friendly and helpful to my husband and I when booking a car last minute after our flights were canceled. There had been a winter storm and she made sure we had an all wheel drive vehicle for it. She made sure we got the best rate and was super flexible when we needed to change the drop off location. Will for sure rent through them again.
