“I had been struggling with a shower faucet for the second day. I walked into Ace Hardware just to look at what they had because I was out of ideas and was about to have to tear the shower wall out. A man greeted me at the door, and by the time I made it past the counter, he had already asked what problem I was having and was showing me the solution. He knew what he had in stock and knew how to make things work. If it were not for him, I would be replacing a wall and not just a faucet and some lines.”
