Bad business. They don't tell you all the details up front just so they can keep your money. I paid money on a table and I no longer wanted. I went up there for a refund but he told me no refunds. There were two instances where information was not given to me up front and they faulted me for it. Not once did they tell me that the money I pay on the table was non refundable at any point in time. Otherwise, I wouldn't have paid money on it. Definitely ask for all the details on paper!

I bought a defective piece of furniture and their only solution was to pay them more money to put it together since they don’t give refunds. Their furniture is already cheaply made and they don’t try to fix their problems. This was definitely a lesson to avoid low budget furniture stores.

How does This man - Larry Nelms Get away with all of the fraudulent unethical business practices? Maybe it's time for him to mitigate all of the fraud, Tax hiking, theft of customers deposits orders, and ill treatment of employees who have worked for this shanty place. Most of the reviews are women. So he's taking advantage of females . It's your time to shine Nr. Nelms, what do you have to say in rebuttal to my review?

Had issues with picking up my furniture as they said the warehouse closes at 3pm and he didn’t have anyone to watch the store. Then they dropped and broke my daughter’s dresser drawer and said I didn’t have to pay the remaining $100 that I owed but the headboard and dresser were $299 together. So I paid $200 for a headboard that looks way different than when I chose it and it has scuffs all over it. I’m done with this place. I said I was done 3 years ago when I bought a king sized sleigh bed that only lasted 6 or less months but this time I’m really done.

This place is unprofessional please don’t give them your money...Owner very rude can’t keep employees because of his rudeness...Tell you to meet at warehouse give you the run around...They never return calls..And charge storage fee if you leave it there more than 90 days which is not on their contract agreement...NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THEM

My Boyfriend & I Went In To Get Furniture The Store Was Nice & Clean. But The Owner Was VERY Rude To His Employees, Shamed Her, and Cut Her Off In The Middle Of Her Speaking. He Was VERY RUDE TO HER! Not Only That They Told Us That They Would Call Us To Pick Up Our Furniture. They Never Called! Tried Calling Them & They Will Not Pick Up The Phone And The Voicemails Were Full So We Could Not Leave A Message. I Would Not Recommend This Play To Refugees! I Would Recommend Spending Your Money Elsewhere! 0/5 Stars!

Zero stars!! Very poor customer service. Owner was very rude and disrespectful. Lost out on making a sale due to such rude, ill mannered and disrespectful behavior. They are not child friendly. Never will I step foot in that establishment again. I recommend no one shop there. Don’t waste your energy, money or time.

I ordered from here paid full price about 3 1/2 weeks ago Larry kept saying my items was in never was in so I finally received some of my merchandise this week but he missed 2of my items I been calling him no answer I’m very dissatisfied and never will order here again because I don’t have money to just give away very unprofessional

I ordered something from this company about 3 months ago. They said they had to order it n it wouldn't be in til the end of July. It is now August 12th n i still dont have my stuff that is already paid for. I've been calling them every day n no one rarely answers the phone. I finally spoke with Larry yesterday n he was suppose to call me back but never did, so today I've been calling the store n no one is answering. This is not the way u fo business. My stuff is paid for n should have been in. I don't have money to just give away. I am very dissatisfied with his customer service. If i dont receive my stuff by the end of week i want all my money back!!
