If you use Farm Bureau for an auto policy you will have to provide quarterly proof of insurance to your bank, since Farm Bureau doesn't properly report this. You'll have to email and call them a few times each quarter to get them to do this.Prices are artificially high if you don't try to cancel annually.I was made to go to the office to sign a letter requesting proof of insurance that Wesley told me would take three weeks minimum to get back. This seems to be by design to prevent customers from going to other insurance.The adjusters will deliberately misfile claims to force it into a higher deductible category and double your future premium.Stay far away from these people.

Hands down one of the best places for auto and life insurance you can find. Very friendly people that are down to earth and willing to make sure you have the coverage you need. Everyone at the office is just so very helpful!

They’re prices are good. Cheapest I could find BUT!! Every month it’s a problem with my insurance being cancelled because of them. Something they failed to do. And every month they went in to fix. The last time they fixed it I guess they ain’t go in to make it month to month. Made my reinstatement fee and had to go back and make another payment. That next payment was over $1000. Called them. She call herself fixing it. Made another payment for the same month. Why I get a letter in the mail for the remaining balance due the same month. Lady had an attitude laughing at me saying it’s my fault. They didn’t help at all.

The receptionist rarely answers the phone. They're horrible at communicating. They're cheap and it shows, you get what you pay for. They're unprofessional and it feels like a way to get more money, by refusing to answer your clients, that are trying to ask the status of their account payment, you can shut down their account before they're able to fix it and change them more fees. Because how can your client know if something went wrong with their payment if you just ignore them. It's a good scam.I recently called to ask about a charge on my account, made by farm bureau, and the person I was talking to basically said I was lying and that I wasn't charged, as I'm looking at my banking app with a charge from farm bureau. She couldn't help me or even direct me to someone who could.Do not do business with the monroe location.

We have been with Farm Bureau for 40 or more years. I am having a claim now and am very disappointed with the people I’m dealing with. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone and couldn’t get someone to come out without almost begging. He was not professional as the people I’ve had in the past and ask for more information than I had. Having to go to a contractor for an estimate broken down, and mostly guessing what needs to be done until they actually come in and tear it out. This is probably the last time I’ll be using this company. I’ll be looking for someone to insure two houses, two cars and possibly 5 life insurance policies, They need to get people that are more professional to take care of the people that pay their salaries. I’m not the only person that is not happy. I expect they will have to do better or lose more customers. In 40 years this is only about the third or fourth time I’ve needed to use them. No vehicle accidents, only roofs and water damage from high water on a dock. All other I didn’t want to file a claim. I’ll probably just forget this and pay for it myself and part ways.

My agent told me multiple days in a row she would provide my requested quote the next day, and she never did. I called to request a different agent, and I was told no. The people I have spoken to are extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be paying more in premium with a different insurer so I can receive better service.

Great customer service! I have been using them for 23 years and have never wanted to leave. I have my cars insured here as well as my home.
