I scheduled an appointment for 10:30am Friday. The store hours says it opens at 10am so I chose the 10:30 time slot to let them open and whatnot. I arrived at the store at about 10:27am and noticed the sign in the window is flashing "open," so I get out of my car in the rain and notice there is a sign taped the door saying "at lunch," and the door is locked. No one is in the store. I sit in my car for 30 mins and after trying to call the store and at 11:07am Joe drives up. I enter the store and I say that I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 and he says, "Oh what time is it." I told him it was now 11:10 and he says something like "Oh yeah, I tried calling you but you didn't leave a number." I told him I filled out the appointment info online so I know that I left my number. He went to look me up in the system and said, "Oh yeah, there's your number." As he is doing all this, he is on the phone bluetoothing with his buddy, even as he begins working on phone. I heard him laughing quite a bit while he is working on my phone and talking to his friend. He finally told his friend he had to get off the phone. About 50 mins later, he tells me he is finished. I pay, and as I am leaving I noticed "unable to activate Touch ID" error on my phone. I go to my car to try and set it back up, but I kept getting the same error message. I turned my phone on and off and still nothing. I decide to go back in the store and let Joe know what's going on. He seems to be acting like he is shocked that there is an issue. He opens it up and tells me to come here and that he sees a possible tear in the cable of the Touch ID. I assured him it was working before I brought it in. He finally did admit that he may have accidentally damaged it, but then as if to make it all better he says, "let me show you something." and he goes and pulls out someone's iPhone 7 and proceeds to show me "how difficult" it is to work on the home button on those phones and asks, "how many of these do you think I've broken." I wasn't sure what to answer so I waited for him to respond. He says, "0" and that they are so technical and hard to work with. How is that supposed to make me feel any better?? You broke MY PHONE! I even told him I thought about trying to replace the battery myself, but I had seen online about how careful you need to be about detaching the touch ID cable, so I decided to bring it in. He says, Oh, no, really?? He tries to apologize for breaking it and then (2 different times) he says, "I bet you are going to go cuss me out in your car." Just ridiculous. When I tried to call to ask for a manager, guess who I found out the manager is, Joe.

Just as everyone else has said, it's fast alongside reasonable pricing compared to other joints. Got my iphone 5s fixed in less than 20min and working good as new. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been meaning to write a review but it slips my mind. My sons laptop key was missing and I took it to a different shop. Well I was very dissatisfied she didn't help my laptop and still charged me a fee. So I brought it to this place and safe to say I was happy when he got my key to work.

Brought a broke phone up there with a Sim card in it. They kept saying there was issues with getting the parts. 5 weeks later they said come and get the phone since they couldn't fix it. When we got up there to pick it up they tried to give me a phone of a different color with no Sim card. The kept saying that was the phone we dropped off.
