My Fuel pump went out in my car. They fixed it up really quick. Now she driving like a champ. Didn't realize my car sputtering to take off was my fuel pump. She hasn't ran this good in a long time. I have also learned a valuable lesson to not drive your car until the low fuel light comes on. I will be treating this fuel pump with more care. Thank you for fixing my car up.

My 2016 Kia Soul company car was running really bad misfiring on at least one cylinder I thought for sure it was just spark plug or maybe coil pack they diagnosed it properly as bad catalytic converter even though I don't own the car I treat it as my own and make sure it's taken care of properly they did a great job car runs like brand new even though it has 209,000 miles on it like a lot of car shops that are good they are very busy but worth waiting to get the job done right!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

A few years ago, I bought a car I found on FBook Marketplace for 1200 bucks (I know, I know... But I only had about $2K & needed an "A to B," A-S-A-P, and the seller said it had a working A/C, so...)I didn't know anyone who could check it out for me beforehand, so I just went ahead & bought it... It, *and* the seller's reassurance that it only needed an alignment.The people at the alignment shop told me I needed a little more than what they could offer & sent me down the road to Mr. Chad, who looked underneath my "new" car, then came back out & said, "You just bought a $1200 car, so I'm guessing you don't have any money...?"Me: "Very little..."And so we began the 2+ year process of basically rebuilding a 1995 Lexus, one part at a time.Ok, I'm exaggerating, but you get the point. If not for the folks at Collegetown--fixing this & replacing that, piece-by-piece as I could afford it--I wouldn't have gotten a month out of my $1200 investment. We'd fix one thing & something else would fall off a week later. As a matter of fact, it was the only car I've ever named: Murphy--a tribute to Murphy's Law.One year, one rack and pinion, a few belts & hoses, and 500 gal. of PS fluid later, I did finally make it back for that alignment. And when I sold Murphy last year, he was in tip-top shape to be almost as old as me haha...From now on, if I buy a car, it will only be *after* Mr. Chad has had a look.
