The customer service rep was extremely rude for no reason. She refused to accept my American unexpired passport as a form of identification and fanned me out the door with no explanation. Her behavior was rather ghetto than professional.

The manager is very rude he does not know how to talk to customers. He asserts himself as a man with power. He is not a peoples person he does not have people skills.
