Horrible service received by a middle aged woman with braids. I asked her several questions about some items I wanted to purchase, she rudely ignored me and purposely did not answer me. She lacked professionalism as she was talking on her phone while helping customers, meanwhile the checkout line was backed up. The service was absolutely terrible. I rather take my business elsewhere where I am respected and treated appropriately as a paying customer

Jan5th2023 10:30pm casheir lady is involved in a credit card teft , while paying at pump screen was registered abnormal behavior, see pics. Black lady would not say her name and threatened me out the store, i had to block my credit card right after, they need to be investigated, police dispatch lady was also rude after calling 911 and would not dispatch a police officer, stay out of this crime location

I stopped in and bought fuel on 3 August, at about 2130. The store was busy, and I purchased at the pump. After filling my truck up, I wanted a receipt for the purchase, and the pump said to see the cashier. I went into the store, and there was a line of at least 10 people. The cashier was being courteous, but was also holding a personal conversation with the customer she was waiting on. I said forget it, walked out, and noticed a second employee, sitting in a vehicle, right at the front door. I work retail, and one of the big no-nos is parking close to the door. The best parking is always saved for the customer.

Bathroom very nasty. Blood stain on the wall. Bathroom door broken. No toilet paper in second stall. Toilet seats were very nasty. Didnt even want to squat over the toilet bowl. Smells very bad. Doesn't seem to be being tended to by any associate.

Awful. The young uneducated and ignorant lady behind the register needs a few lessons in being rude. First off I walked in made my purchase and put it on the counter. Well the phone rang so she preceded to answer..no problem. Then she stays in the phone, I said is this a personal call. LOL then she says well I can't ring you up because you were rude. What!!! You were rude when you answered the phone and didn't say anything to me or the person you were so inclined to talk to. This place and its help is a joke. Again uneducated and ignorant people.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I still would have wished for a negative number. I am lefitimately looking for a management number of some kind to report this place.... The store was disgusting, the restrooms were even worse... there was feces and urine all over the toilets, spit and mucus that someone spit up all over the floor, trash and toilet paper everywhere except in the toilet paper rolls! Neither stall had toilet paper... The ladies trash cans for sanitary items was overflowing onto the floor... I was seriously concerned that my little girl who really had to use the restroom (otherwise I would have gone somewhere else) was going to catch some kind of disease. A worker came in and snarled at me bc I said the bathroom was gross and I got attitude from the time I walked in until I left. It was beyond ridiculous.
