The lady’s that work here are GREAT very helpful BUT chase the bank it self is the worse bank I’ve ever had to deal with I opened a account they locked it 2 days later couldn’t tell me why I went to the branch they got it back open then they closed it the same day this happened 2 times and NOBODY can tell me why no matter who I call

Had a home mortgage with this company. Divorced from husband who was on original loan. Sold home and they sent a refund check to him AND me.We cannot deposit as we are no longer together and do not have a joint account. Sent them a copy of final divorce judgement. Called today to check status of refund and am told the document is not sufficient. Now the need a "settlement agreement" which I do not have. I told them to keep the refund.I will never do business with Chase again and do not recommend them.They are not helpful at all.

I had an issue were i've lost my debit card. Lindsey was able to assist me and resolve my situation really quick.

We tried 2 times to give this bank our money. Each time the business banker stated that she was busy and had someone coming in (40 minutes later). SMH. Its a shame that the bank doesn't want to do business with us.

Go see Mrs.Lorri Gorham and Devin for all you're banking needs..They are Professional fast and friendly..Also the Branch Manager came in and introduced her self and wanted to know if I had any questions..Thank you Chase Employees you Rock...

This bank has their drive thru closed which is an inconvenience. When I went inside to deposit cash into my sisters account they said they couldn't take my deposit because I'm not on her account. This is the stupidest thing i've ever heard of.

I had an issue that the Chase customer service phone number was not able to resolve at all and it was very frustrating. So I intended to go in person to my nearest branch at the moment (This location), but then decided to just make a phone call and see if they can help me over the phone. I was lucky that Lindsey answered the phone. she was very understanding and genuinely wanted to help. After a brief hold she resolved my issue and save me a trip to the bank as well as other phone call with customer service. Promote Lindsey !

I went there and made a deposit and the teller deposit all of my money, but 100 and I called the 800# and waiting on an investigation. I am leaving them this year. Ben with them over 11 years in monroe and I am sick as h%%% of the customer service

They have less no. of employee. Even to make bank account, customers need to take appointment.
