The entrance was very good, the security personnel were attentive and assertive, the unloading and delivery of documents was terrible, 6 hours to download 3 pallets.
Today it went badly for me.

Let you check in early but doesn't mean they'll unload you early...didn't charge too much on a lumper to unload half a trailer. No parking overnight

In at 6:30am out at 730am ? it's just to easy baby!!!! Just to let u know there is a mall parking lot and target parking lot 1.3mi away I parked overnight

This was a great experience from security to the receiving office to the lumper experience. Pulled into the gate at 6:40, received the finished message at 7:50. The gentleman in receiving was awesome! Everyone was super helpful and the lumper process was very streamlined and easy. GOD bless everyone and y’all have a safe day!

Showed up at appt and got unloaded in about 2 hrs. Got lucky and got the dock next to the receiving office. There is no parking on site, but I just used 145 on ramp, decent Verizon connection over there.

We drop n hook here, always quick in n out. In the past had to live unload there, was always a lumper fee, never understood why you have to pay them to unload their freight.

The unloading process is smooth and the young men in the inside are very nice and work hard, nobody is standing around playing they are actually working and I will gladly come back here..Great part I knew what my lumper was upfront and it has already been paid now just waiting on them. Just to add to the review in at 7 out at 8:13 am
