The bakery is SO good!!!! They make amazing cakes. Are not over priced and feed a large family! I highly recommend them for all your families events! 10 out 10!

I had a minor issue with curbside overcharging a card during an order. I spoke to the manager and the employee who assisted with my order and both were really polite and understanding. They immediately processed the refund and wrote down my information in case the refund did not go through. The refund did go through after approximately 3 business days, due to the nature of my bank. The manager even closed down her register to assist me when I came back inside to ask about the charge. Overall this Brookshires has some employees with great customer service skills, and management who are respectful as well. This will be my new Brookshires to shop at.

Unfortunately, this review is happening due to poor phone service over the phone. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Christian in the bakery and I must say, I've never experienced sure poor customer service from this location. She was not knowledgeable of the products offered or the prices. Definitely room for improvement and not a good representation of the company let alone this location.
Update: The cake was made a week prior to the date requested which ultimately led to not having a birthday cake for my daughter.
