Hit or miss on decent customer service in this store. Some of them ask if they can help, then look at you in confusion until you dismiss them. Store is relatively empty. Guess it's time for tax counting.

I got a TV for Christmas, but it took about a week to set up due to a busy schedule. After installing it, the TV didn't work, so I returned it to the store. The manager initially had a negative attitude, but with the warranty, they replaced it. However, a few days later, the remote stopped working. When I returned to the store, the same manager had a negative attitude again, but I stood my ground, explaining the issue and expressing the need for assistance. It would be helpful if the manager's attitude was addressed.

I didn't five star this place because of issues with their pickup after ordering online. Had to go in to get rhe order after waiting for 20 min. I also didn't go any lower on stars because it was Christmas time, and we all know how that gets. BUSY BUSY BUSY!!! Friendly staff, not or knowledgeable about some products, but overall A for effort!

Ordered a Fridge online and it is supposed to be from this store location. I have yet to receive my order. This store doesn't update the statuses of orders. It's been over a month. At this point its theft. They are refusing to answer the phone or give me my money back since the store delivery department is not updating the status of the order.

This is the only Best Buy that we have problems with. Almost everything was empty when we looked at tablet screen protectors. We also asked an employee for help and he told us to meet him at the screen protectors. We waited he came over helped a few other customers and then walked off and never even acknowledged us. We just ended up having to order it because they didn't have what we needed.

Bought a gaming laptop from there that started having issues a few months later. The salesman recommended this one. I had selected something different. They acted like they didn't want to repair it and offered an amount for it that was absolutely insulting. Then, he told me to sell it on Facebook if i wanted more for it. Next time, i will stick with what I wanted rather than what they recommend.

Best Buy has the best prices. They make their money on the warranties, which sounds like a good deal when you're making a purchase. Good luck on ever getting them to honor a warranty they've sold, though! They make a profit by selling warranties and finding loopholes to not honor them!

I took my business else where today . Someone that will work with me & glad to have me as a customer!!! I did get my $80 back .Still unpleased with the service I received. The rep was terrible

They need more training. Some of the worst salespeople I ever saw. You believe what they tell you. Then you get an email stating differently. It's a complete rat race. And the rats are winning. First and last time I hope I ever have to go there. An experience I hope I never have to go through again. And I thought Walmart was bad. They both up there or maybe I should say down there. Please don't try to call the store they do not take calls. They are only about sales not at all about customer service.

For the second time in 6 months, I came into this Best Buy location and they had exactly what I wanted. 1st it a laptop and this time its a tablet. Good store. Good emplyees.

Just not what be they used to be. I’m guessing that with the Internet and online ordering, there’s no need to keep a large inventory anymore. Shame.They had what I needed to solve an “emergency” situation but I paid for it.

They didn't make their appt even though I purchased a "membership". Then they canceled because they're now out of the sale merchandise they were ready to deliver. Then customer service won't respond. I suggest STRONGLY that you never purchase a membership and watch for the old bait-and-switch.

Bought a large screen 4K TV this past weekend at my favorite Best Buy Store....I am beyond pleased with the above and beyond service and high-end products provided at my Monroe location store. I had a delivery setup issue... Chris the store manager took care of it on the spot, and truly listened....5 stars and beyond!!!
