I received exceptional service from Hicks and Adam. Hicks, in particular, went above and beyond. Not only were they both extremely helpful, but Hicks also corrected an issue with my battery that could have caused serious problems later on. Despite the rainstorm, he didn’t hesitate to identify and fix the problem right on the spot. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail. Now that I’m aware of the additional services and products you offer, I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending you to others.

Took my Galaxy A51 5g here because it stopped charging. They were very friendly, ordered the part I needed which came in quick and they fixed it! Batteries Plus will be my go to for phone repair for sure. Thank y'all so much for being fast and professional!

My husband went in to exchange a battery that had gone dead and could not be charged up. It had a warranty of a year, a marine battery. It had a sticker that stated it was bought in Oct. of 2023. The salesperson looked it up and said he was wrong it was bought in June of 2023. We buy several batteries a year from here, so he had looked up the wrong one and refused to exchange it. We will no longer use batteries plus due to the rudeness of the salesperson and the fact that it was thier sticker on the battery. We replace at least 5 batteries a year!!!!

Upon arrival, the workers were welcoming and I was helped instantly. I scheduled an appointment the same day for a screen repair on an IPhone XS Max. It was confirmed via email and a $10 off coupon was attached that I could use on the repair. The workers examined the phone and asked if I could spare about 30 minutes to repair. The phone was repaired before the 30 minute time. I was informed that Adam was the one who repair my screen. So I appreciate your diligence and speed, Adam. If you’re looking to get your device repaired, I’m sure they can fix just about anything. Schedule the appointment and you won’t regret it. I’m confident that any worker can get it done. Thanks Batteries Plus. You all saved me from giving out my personal number to my work families.

They went above and beyond to fix a problem with my key fob, and gave me a big discount due to it taking longer than expected. They're honest people and charge much less than the dealership would.

Each time we go in the heavy set older guy refuses to keep the warranty and makes excuses. He tries to make you feel like you don’t understand how a battery works. My husband who is a mechanic over 20 years understands and was told he was wrong about how a charge concerning batteries works.

Battery: I wish I had reviewed this company prior to purchasing a battery from here a little over a year. I have returned to this place 5x since purchasing. At least 5 months after installment my battery goes dead every month. Im literary charging my battery in an 2019 altima weekly. Why? There is nothing wrong with alternator per dealship and battery plus. Every time i go the manger states he wont be able to be reimbursed for the battery eventhough there is a 3 yr.warranty. Its not the customers fault.

Buyer beware!!The owner is extremely rude and aggressive. Honoring battery warranties is frowned upon at this location. You will be ridiculed for exchanging a dead cell battery under warranty. The owner does not value his loyal customers and has lost this customer's business.
