“WOW! Lot of negative reviews. Well, I've been here since the beginning when Louisiana Bank was in West Monroe in 1983. It went through many name-changes until it's Regions Bank. I know this bank, specifically the University Bank. It's close to my home, the tellers are polite and friendly, and the supervisors (Helen etc.) are very helpful. I'm sorry y'all have had some negative experiences. One of the reasons I don't pull up in the commercial lane is because I'm not commercial. I bet more than 1 car was someone like me who just had 2 items to manage. For the tellers: clap your hands because you are not the problem!”
