Frank Nettles informed me that the problem was just a screw that needed to be tightened and that no parts needed to be replaced. I am so appreciative for his help and glad I went to see him. “Went here to get my car inspection and an oil change and they were incredibly efficient! I went early so there was no line and was done in 10 minutes. They even fill up your tires and give you a free car wash coupon that's good for two weeks along with it. Would come here again.”

“My Fuel pump went out in my car. They fixed it up really quick. Now she driving like a champ. Didn't realize my car sputtering to take off was my fuel pump. She hasn't ran this good in a long time. I have also learned a valuable lesson to not drive your car until the low fuel light comes on. I will be treating this fuel pump with more care. Thank you for fixing my car up.”
“I recommend EZ does it auto care I got there when they opened on Saturday my AC wasn't working they had to replace my Compressor and Evaporator Valve. They had a lot of cars in front of me but they stayed open late to get my car taken care of on a Saturday. Friendly folks as well.”

“A limb fell thru my windshield in November. Got with my insurance, they gotta wrecker out to tow it. I went with their suggestion on shops as I've only lived here briefly and didn't really know where to go. I got it back a couple days ago and was impressed with their work. They outsourced the windshield but repaired the parts of the body that were damaged. They detailed my car and even replaced a blinker bulb that was out free of charge. Bulbs are cheap and they could have charged me but it was cool they didn't. I'd go back but hopefully I won't ever have to lol”

“It was 90° or better with probably 90% humidity I had a problem with my seat there was a bolt that would not tighten down typical problem with that particular vehicle I came across Reynolds Body Shop by accident I got out of the vehicle to see if they could possibly help me . I'm not sure if it's the owner or somebody who just worked there but I'm imagining it may have been somebody of authority he says hey can I help you I say sure I have a problem with my seat and so the guy immediately just pulls out of ranch and check everything out tells me what he can and can't do 5 minutes later my seat was definitely working 100% better than it was I said how much do I owe you he said $5 I gave him 20 he gets things done this is a body shop but he can help if you're having a problems with your vehicle I would highly recommend going here if you find yourself with unconventional problems and especially if you've been to maybe a few mechanics here in Monroe”

“This is the first time that my wife and I have dealt with Jim Taylor. What started out as fact finding visit ended up in us purchasing a Yukon Denali. Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about his product. Others involved in the sales process were also helpful, informative and courteous. The reason for the four star is primarily with the detail portion of the vehicle. It did get washed and fueled. But the day after we took possession we noticed a lot of lent on the floor in the back of the vehicle, plastic protection stuck on the floor under the driver’s mat as well as some sort of clip on the floor . For what one pays for this these vehicles better attention to detail is needed. Other than that I would highly recommend Jim Taylor.”
