Mr. January is a very good salesman. Very customer friendly. However the delivery men weren't professional at all. They delivered my bedroom set, flirted with my sister so hard that they forgot to delivery my end tables. Well after my sister locked up and left, they remembered that they hadn't removed the tables from the truck. They took my tables our of the truck and left them in the parking lot by my apartment after the apartment matenience guy would not let them in. Of course he needed my permission. Then they came back and picked the tables up and took them to the warehouse. This is the most unprofessional experience that I've had with Ashley Furniture in Monroe, La. It happened today 3/24/2024. SMDH

Sales staff was very friendly and personal. They listened to what we were looking for and made recommendations. Mike did not hover or push us for a sale. He would come back around and ask if we had any question. Store was very clean.
