Full of MUCH FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!!! This company is being reported to the BBB, and I’ve NEVER had to do that before!
Read the pictures. I work for a Biology Company and travel with work. I needed a pick up truck (WHICH THE WEBSITE LIES, SAYING THEY HAVE). I called today, they don’t have pick up trucks.
I have an out of state license, and travel with work. THE WEBSITE SAYS “ NO MAJOR CREDIT CARD REQUIRED” Yet, ANOTHER example of false information! If you have an out of state license, major credit card IS required! At this point and having to have all of that, I’ll just go with a more reputable company like Enterprise!
They must be in the ghetto or a dangerous area, because when I asked if I could leave my own vehicle there on the property, while away in the rental, I got a very quick “no” because of safety and liability on that one!
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Glad I didn’t use this lying, lower class business! Thanks!

My very first time renting a car ever and it’s so pretty and so nice. And they were so nice and courteous. I want use enterprise or Hertz they’re so high But American Auto rental is my choice of renting a car. Y’all have my business anytime I need a rental. And will tell others about y’all. This is the car I rented from them and it’s so nice and pretty. Thank you American Auto y’all have my business from now on

No experience here .. wondering why the majority of customers are ranting over the same issues? And how much are the rentals for a week why the insurance issues it shouldn't be this type of situation at all this makes your company look bad to us other's
