I just called to get a quote for a new system and it was 4:40 when I called at literally 5:01 the guy finally gets back in the phone after putting me on hold 4 different times without telling me anything and asks for my info. Tells me they will call me tomorrow and talk to me because they were closed now. I would have been ok with them calling me back tomorrow, but making me wait on hold for 20 minjist to tell me that was terrible customer service.

They replaced our entire office phone system. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful and patient with our many questions! Everything was programmed in before they left and the system is very user friendly. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. THEY ARE ALWAYS NICE TO ME AND GET WHAT I NEED DONE IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION. I LOVE THEIR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES BY FAR. I WILL ALWAYS CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
