Told before lunch 1 hour and a half before they went to lunch at 1:30,was there at 1:26 in and out at 3 pm went to check on prescriptions still not done. didn't not get to leave there until 3:35. Lady was there 30 min she was done. Just sad. Prescription was turned in around 12:30.

I was given a counterfeit twenty in my change, when I came back a few minutes later to resolve the issue I was told there was nothing they could do. So basically, they stole my money and doubled down with an apathetic response. No customer care, nor professionalism whatsoever.

Terrible service, I had surgery and they overlooked my prescription called in by my Dr.office. no pain medicine all weekend started over on Monday drs. Office called again. They had not received prescription. But it was at Walgreens on Friday they finally found it about 5pm on Monday. Sad excuses. I will never go back.

They need two lanes in the drive-thru!Absolutely ridiculous, waiting in line 30 minutes with out even moving! They don’t need to let people wait in line while their prescription is being filled! Waste of time!!!

Waited over 25 min for one car in the drive through, only to come inside and notice one person checking with a full staff. The woman at the counter looked agitated at 10 am.

I used to love them but there service has really gone down hill in the past year. They don't call when they don't have the meds. Send you around to go thru the drive thru line multiple times then tell you they don't have a certain rx they do have a few people that have great customer care but it dissent take away from all the bs you have to deal with

Drove up to window at 10:30. One car ahead of us. There was no interaction between that car and the window for 6 minutes, so I called the store to see if someone was in the drive thru area. I was connected to someone in a call center. She was very nice and said she'd call this location. She came back on at 10:38 and said they were "backed up", but would get to us soon. There were now 6 cars in line and the 1st still had no interaction. At 10:40, the first car got their order and pulled away. We got ours at 10:43.

I absolutely hate this place. Service is horrible, the pharmacy staff are so rude. Continuing to use them only because I have a few refills left on my prescription.

I have never experienced such rude disrespectful discriminating people in my life. Asked for a perception to be transferred she said it will be 2hrs to transfer and a hour to fill it we will call when it ready they never did. I called the next day,maaaam it musta got skipped I said can you please do transfer it after 3 hrs I got it. While I was in the drive through I had my window down I saw and heard how the treated people of there own race happy and friendly I drive up no smile or hello nothing but a dirty look.
