Won't sell a phone&plan together for less than 95 bucks a month. Won't sell phones straight out. Won't help with prepaid plans. Had a 4pm appointment wasn't seen till 5:30. They're horrible

This horrible place charged my mother-in-law (a woman in her 70’s) over $54 to put a screen protector on her iPhone. You should be ashamed of yourselves!! That’s over $54 for ONE screen protector and TWO MINUTES OF YOUR TIME. RIDICULOUS!!!!! You should get negative stars.

I will never use this store again. Staff is not very nice. They will wait on you in their own sweet time. Then they act like it is a bother. They also never smile or make you feel like they are trying to be helpful. I will definitely use customer service and the Verizon store in Ruston from now own.

Employees are nice enough but as far as actual customer service, they are LACKING... they refer you to customer service 800 number... I could have done that on my own. I drove to the Ruston Verizon store... it's a little bit of a drive but was definitely worth it!
