Manager Sarah wouldn't honor the sale price on baler twine that I drove 45 minutes to get. She said the sale sign was on the wrong item. Really? Maybe you should place the sign on the correct item or sell it for the displayed price. Cashier was friendly and tried to help.

Bought chicks there less than 48 hrs ago all died during the night and they won't help out at all.

Placed an app order here. Got home to find they loaded the wrong merchandise. I don't live in Minden, was just grabbing some supplies while there on other business. Now I have to hope that my local TSC will take back merchandise that isn't on my receipt and give me the right merchandise. Neither I nor they should have been put in this position.

Just went to buy some chicks and couldn't find an employee to help me so I decided to look for an incubator and hatch my own. Couldn't find anything. Told the cashier I came for chicks but nobody would help and instead of offering to help she just said "oh". Great job guys.

In search of the perfect gift for Christmas, I traveled from Texas to the Minden, Louisiana store. The entire team was extremely helpful and within a short period, my item was loaded and I was on the road. The most impressive aspect of the visit - customer satisfaction. Upon inspection of my item, I noticed black marks on the seat. The manager quickly arrived and within minutes had a replacement for me. The entire team left an everlasting impression. I hope I am blessed to shop at the Minden Tractor Supply in the future.
