Horrible service, We got there about 12 minutes early before they closed but the doors were already locked so we knocked on the door and the woman in there just looked at us, smiled and looked away. We just stood there for about a minute or two, a woman finally noticed us and went up to the door and said "we're closed right now, bye love y'all!" In a sarcastic and rude way. And right after she said love y'all she raised the heart sign and rolled her eyes. This type of behavior is unacceptable, do better Shoe Dept.

Shoe Dept always has great prices and a wide selection of shoes. I didn't buy any shoes on this trip but I'm sure I will in the future as I have in the past.

Very friendly staff and nice selection of shoes. I went to find some shoes for my dress. They didn't have my size so I ordered it online. I did find a nice pair of sneakers though. I would definitely shop here again!

I don't like being followed around the store like a thief and I don't like being told I have 5 mins left to shop when I'm standing at the counter waiting on an employee to bring the other shoe so I can buy them. Terrible service and treatment.
