Went to regions bank in Minden La to make a deposit and cash check. The clerk would not do it. I have an account with Regions be there many years. There are some people should dig ditches instead of providing services.

My Mom and I pulled up to the drive through today and just wanted to make a deposit to her checking account. We set there for 25 minutes before the teller came back to the speaker and said sorry for the wait and finally pulled the container out of the tube. It only took her a couple of minutes to do the transaction. We watched them walking around in there drinking drinks and talking that whole time. The service there is just strange! They are polite but noncaring of your time.

Only getting a 2 star because of a few good people that work here. A Bank, in this day and age, that doesnt have working ATM's for its customers is a Bank that is surely looking to do something nefarious! This bank is the worst I’ve ever been to. They are extremely unkind to customers! Always super slow! Never willing to go above for a customer. The manager was a man that didn’t even look at me or try and help me with something we had been doing for years. Said they they don’t do any favors for customers. There is Always a wait. Inside bank and at drive thru! (Sometimes over 30 minutes!)They are always changing the fees and holding checks without cause.Worst bank EVER! We pulled all of our money from there! Don’t trust regions with your money, Take it out NOW!

Worst service I have ever encountered!!! Why do they answer the phone if they are only going to tell you, I can"t give any information over the phone. It was a simple question and I am in a wheelchair, oxygen dependent and don't drive. The RUDE lady wouldn't even hear my request to see if she could help! Will move my accounts as soon as I can get a way up there.

My father went to use the ATM at this location on a Saturday morning and it was broken but without any information stating that. He proceeded to go thru the drive through to withdraw money from his account and told the teller the damn ATM was not working and she denied him service because he used damn. He then pulls around and goes inside the bank to withdraw money from his account and ask to speak with the manager of the branch and in turn a nice lady presented herself as the manager and he tells her the story and she is typing while he is talking and then she proceeds to ask if she wanted to write this complaint down or report it higher up. He said well Your the manager and she responds with no I'm just the assistant. So the Branch Manager Charles Meredith comes over to find out what is needed. Dad tells his story of what happen around the damn ATM being broken, the window teller denying him service, and then this lady presented herself as the manager and once the content was gathered she shared she was actually the ASST MGR. The guys aggravates the situation even more telling him that if he uses the word damn he would ask Dad to leave!! Oh it gets better today (a week later) in the mail is a letter stating that the branch manager Charles Meredith has closed my dads account and Regions will no longer being accepting his business. The so called manager needs serious training and obviously struggles with having paradoxical and agile competence to work with the public. Good luck Minden customers!!
