This is the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I’m going to go to Benny’s and have them correct it.I literally left with polish on my fingers from this sloppy manicure. If you’d like to waste $40-$50, I’d recommend burning the cash instead.Service: Manicure

Kim was very rude when I told her she cut it too sort I’m only 12 she didn’t do them neat and it’s very hard to take me nails off mind you it never does this when I go to others… 0/10 DONT RECOMMENDED!

From the time you enter your greeted poorly. I have Never experienced such horrible service. I was told that she didn't have time to correct her mistake.Then pushed my head back yanked the lashes of pulling out some of my own lashes. Don't go to this shop unless you are desperate to be over charged and treated like trash.Services: Eyelash extensions

Kim i did go somewhere else where it's clean, smells good and friendly. Right across the street. I would give this a zero but the short, fat no neck I'm guessing owner does not understand English, rude and comprehension level is at an all time negative. I brought my daughter in ( out of town ) to get her nails soaked off. She proceeds to say if they are too thick i can't get them off. Okay whatever so i get my child out the car she looks at her nails and says oh yea i can just pop them off. I then expressed that's fine however you need to get them off, just as long as it doesn't damage her nail bed in the process of you popping them off. Shorty proceeds to say i didn't damage anything the nails were done before she got here. I proceeded to express no can you stop so you can understand me and listen for a second. You said pop them off instead of soaking them. That's fine just as long as her nail bed isn't damaged. She kept saying oh they were damaged before you got her ( mind you if my child wanted a fill that would have been fine however she expressed she was tired of them and just wanted them off) the nails were not lifting, chipped or any of that sort. The lady then goes you can leave and go somewhere else cuz i didn't damage anything. SMH I will not be going back and don't waste your money at this place. Rude, ignorant and if you don't understand basic English get someone to work there who does. Drive across the street,to Benny's and expressed the same thing to the lady here. She said oh no honey i fully understand what your saying no problem. Sat my kiddo down and began soaking her nails off. Simple and easy thanks

I went in to get eyelash extensions and was told to come back in a hour. I left and came back only to still have to wait and then while I was waiting she started on someone else. Her quality and customer service sucks.Services: Pedicures

KimOwner is very unprofessional. She tell you to come back at one time then when you get there she give you another time. Obviously she can't handle her clientele.
