“The staff is very helpful and friendly!! They made my upgrade process a breeze and helped me transfer my stuff from my old phone to the new one. The manager was very knowledgeable while accessing my account and addressing my concerns. The other staff members were greeting every customer that walked in the door!! “Bre’ at Russell Cellular Verizon Store in Minden, LA was awesome to work with. We had to change cellular service due to where we are moving and no other cellular service in the area, along with wanting to get rid of the “service” we had.
