I have never had such a horrible experience in my life! I rented all the guys attire for my wedding from here Jan 1, 2021 and they were amazing! Some of the vest didnt fit correctly but that was not their fault. BUT, I rented shirts and ties for Christmas pictures. 5 shirts and 5 ties. EVERYTHING was wrong about it! The shirts were not even close to the right sizes, which were the EXACT same sizes from the wedding! When we brought the shirts back today and informed them they were wrong, they said oh well, and would not even issue a refund!!!! The shirts were not able to be worn, because the sizes were so far off! I always try to shop local and support my small town business's, but this is one I will stay far away from and make the drive somewhere else!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDES!!!!
