Tried a new place to get my vehicle washed, and man am I disappointed. First off I asked for a full detail including a shampoo of the carpet. I received a half a** wash and the carpet did not get shampoo. Also the leather in the back seats were not cleaned, and they decided to leave a dent on my car which I was not notified about. I'm sure if I decided to go up there and file a complaint it would turn in to a yelling match and would go no where. Oh and better yet, they still charged me full price for the detail and even after they admitted to not shampooing the carpet. WOW! So Ill leave it here for you to read. Don't waste your time or your money on Kwick Car Wash. You are better off having your 5 year old wash your car with a dirty rag and a bucket full of mud!!! I will never do business there again.
