Had the best customer service with the best quality products could not be more proud of the purchase of my new washer and dryer set. Received quickly 2 days after purchase and they work amazing ?? best purchase made this year and will most definitely be purchasing from Ivan Smith in both the near and far future. Nice, clean showroom. Non-pushy sales folks, and super helpful when we were ready for more information. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable on the product we were shopping for.Delivery team was professional and efficient.

Delivered wrong color, told drivers as they unloading it, they said to keep it and contact store for replacement. The store there is no one there who has authority to do anything. I am end of my patience some needs to do something now we are no giving up

I purchased a small deep freeze from Ivan Smith. They took the time to check availability and I was in and out in 10-15 mins. Paid drove around back to pick it up and it was loaded and out I went.
