Samantha Salsburg was the sweet most professional person I met. She helped me and my husband file our taxes and made sure we were taken care of. She answered any of our questions about our taxes and kept us informed about what was going on.

Yes my name is William Terry, for the first yr ever I have decided to do my own taxes through you guys online and well I'm not exactly book smart so I called your Minden office with questions I was sure I wouldn't understand anyway but the lady that answered, I think (Samantha salsburg) she was so nice and patient with me while I painfully tried to describe my questions and she said there was no tax professional available but she will do what she could to help me... And THAT she did. Not only did every question get answered but she was able to put it in terms that I could actually understand.... Witch is very impressive cause like I said I'm not the smartest book in the library lol so thank you Ms salsburg you were a great help and very pleasant to talk to

I went in to the Minden office , I was greeted at the door, which is rare these days! The office was spacious, clean, and everyone I made contact with was professional, and made my tax filing simple! I would definitely recommend !
