For starters, dont lie to drivers just to get he or she in the door. When there is a agreement between employees and and employers that agreement needs to be honored , ( Good work ethics and morals)This action reflects highly on First Fleet as a whole. Better screening or training for dispatchers, and other terminal staff. And pay the individual(s) your drivers, that are essentially to your company what was agreed upon first, then according to experience and SAFETY (DAC report, MVR report, PSA report can reflect the driver(s) safety standards habits.

Started here back in September 2017 on division 038 love the guarantee pay. Only thing not happy with is plagued with break downs with this volvo. Sure love to have a kenworth with a Cummins power. But like the work we do. Just hope one day we get off this 34 hour home time for the weekends. But great company great money and benefits.

Yall have a terrible driver driving for your company his truck number is 18450 any truck driver knows you don't back up at a traffic light especially if the light is green and you are committed to the turn the idiot was inches away from hitting my car had it not been for my quick thinking you can clearly see he was distracted by something in his truck from the reflection of his mirror. Once the light turned green again whatever he has going was affecting his driving he was off the shoulder of the road he probably need to go back to school or have a ride along

From what i see about how they treat their employees. They are not a company of their word. They make promises that they do not intend to keep. They have people in authority that literally threaten and bully their employees in order to get what they want. If they would become more professional and treat their employees with the same respect, care, concern, and passion that they expect to receive... I think they would find a much more positive return. The Golden Rule, treat your employees and others they way you want to be treated... From what I see, they want to be treated disrespectfully, and be lied to, and bullied. You get paid to take a ton of disrespect and be bullied.
