The ladies at Big Tex Trailer World in Minden LA were very friendly and eager to help me get the trailer I was looking for. When the trailer I wanted wasn’t available at the location it was immediately located at another site and transported quickly to the location for me to pick up. Great experience and happy with the purchase. Go see em at Big Tex Trailer World in Minden!

Great work! I brought my BT trailer in Thursday morning and they gave me my FREE multi-point inspection, topped off all required lubricants and gave me a quote for re-decking when I'm ready to get that done... impressive service and I was out in less than 2-hours! I will be back, that's for sure!!

Highly recommend buying from Mrs. Nancy or Mrs. Kimberly. Spend all day looking in the Shreveport area with no luck. Stop by Big Tex of Minden and found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. These two hard working ladies made me the best deal and was great to buy from. Literally everyone I talked to at this location were EXTREMELY nice and helpful. From the first phone conversation inquiring about a trailer, to me pulling out of the parking lot with trailer attached all personnel were professional, courteous, and made my experience easy and full of info. They did a complete walk around, description and operation of my trailer as well as noted all key points to maintenance and servicing. Mind you I had already called about 7 other locations throughout the area in search of trailer and info, beyond a shadow of a doubt this location is where you will get your most genuine customer service and respect! This is where I will now go for my trailer needs.

Called to get my trailer fixed I needed to be on the road by 10:00am I called at 9:00 and they got me in got me fixed up and back on the road by 9:45am I’ll definitely continue my business with them!!!!!
