The customer service at this location is awful. I overheard two employees closing down the fitting room area just to avoid cleaning it. They left one room open in this big store and made customers wait a long time for the fitting room. This level of laziness and disregard for customers is shocking. Avoid this location until they improve their staff and customer service.

This place needs help!
I have been a loyal ZARA customer for years, but my experience today was beyond disappointing. The employees at this location were incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's astounding that a brand I’ve loved for so long could allow such low-class behavior from their staff.
Every interaction I had was met with hostility and disdain. It wasn’t just one employee, but seemingly the entire team. It’s amazing how ZARA has managed to hire so many unpleasant and ugly people at once.
After my experience, I checked Google reviews and found that many other customers have had similarly bad experiences at this location. It seems to be an ongoing issue that corporate management is ignoring, as they aren't taking any steps to address these problems and improve customer service.
This experience has genuinely tarnished my view of ZARA, and I’m seriously reconsidering ever shopping here again. It’s a shame to see such a big brand fall so low because of poor management and terrible staff.
I’m hoping they close down this location for good soon.

The employees at this location were very unprofessional/rude to customers. I witnessed this multiple times today while shopping. I stepped just briefly into the dressing room to help a family member with an outfit that they were trying to decide if they wanted to buy and was asked rudely, “can you like move over there or step out of the dressing room”.

The employees don't want to be there . No one is helpful or asks if you need anything . I just go to try and get what I need and get out . I'm super petite so I love the kids clothes (I can fit in !)

I don't know when Zara became so expensive, but we couldn't find any deals like normal. Not even my reason for 2 stars though because I'll pay for quality items. The service though!!! My gosh. No hellos from any workers, zero anything from them actually. Even at the register the lady said NOTHING except my total. "$32.76". I've never felt like such a burden.

I love Zara but this location’s employees are terrible, there’s no respect and the customer service isn’t very helpful. Today I asked for a certain item one employee said it wasn’t there another said it was here but had to wait 15 minutes and no one showed up so I had to go and order it online. It’s as if their acting like they are being forced to do their job, it’s not so hard to show a little respect towards customers.

I ordered my stuffs online during sale and were delivered to the store. When I came to get my orders, the guy working there gave me my boxes ( I have 6 boxes) and left them at the counter without helping to me to put in the bag ( that was what they used to do) or If I needed to buy bags, just told me. I was left with a whole bunch of boxes and no staffs even helped me. I had to ask them for bags and I was willing to pay for the bags. It was really disappointing about customer service.

Before my vacation on June 08 I needed new clothes, so I got lots of things that I loved and the sales person was very nice and helped me find sizes. The next day I went back to exchange a size of a shirt and while doing it I tried the cologne by the register that I end up getting. But once I got home I found out it wasn’t the one I originally tried . I went on vacation the next day , so I had to wait to come back from my trip 2 week later, today June 22. From the very start the salesperson told me no we don’t return opened box. She stated it said so on the receipt and when I got home I finally found in tiny light letters that you don’t return items that have been tampered with. She replied that also there is a name on the box but I picked up the box behind the bottle, assuming that it was the one. I ask to speak to manager and after hearing no for about 5 times she walked to a coworker that was fixing the floor then came back to me and said “Did you see me talking to her and that she shook her head and that means she won’t talk to you. I have worked in customer service for more then 20 years and I have never dismissed a customer complaint or refused to call a manager to address the issue. I felt my request was dismissed with such little effort to resolve the issue. As a result I just left the bottle of cologne on the counter and left the store, money wasted on a product I did not want.
