It's zales...yesterday's prices are not today's prices..They could work on customer service, little bit less than generous..Only reason I purchase cause it's the last of the legitimate jewelry stores..Everybody ain't shoplifting but with high crime in tge area that response, suspicion is a normal staple of retailers but it dont make it right..
