Purchased the Lifetime Diamond Warranty when we purchased my wedding ring and I go every 6 months to get it inspected and cleaned as part of the warranty! In April, I lost a diamond and Zales replaced it without hassle and without a fee!! Thank you Zales for standing behind your warranty!!
