She was helpful and friendly even though they were busy and my insurance (I have a primary and secondary) could be complicated. Would come here again They were great!”

“I love Sam's club. I love their curbside pick up...because I buy cases of water and don't have to load them into my car myself. I have back issues. I love the customer service at this Sam's club because their employee's are always very friendly and courteous. I love their scan and go becauseI I don't have to wait in line. However, I never think of Sam's Club optical...I bought 2 pairs of glasses...reasonably priced (20% off for plus members). They have all kinds of designer frames. The staff there went above and beyond by fixing an older set of frames that I love (and didn't buy there). I'll never go anywhere else for glasses!”
“I want to give a shout out to an Employee at Sams. In curbside, her name is April, she went over and beyond trying to help me with an order that I mistakenly put the wrong pick up time and day. April even made an effort to personally pull the order for me, to make it quick for me torun in and out and help me get my order as soon as possible. It’s rare when you have an employee like April and I wanted to thank her I’m let her know she was very much appreciated. Again, this was my mistake… She could’ve easily just blew me off and stated hey it is what it is… But she was very professional very calming and very, very helpful!”
