I routinely have to deposit checks with the teller and they're always courteous and prompt. Rarely do I need anything more. However, recently, I needed assistance as fraud was detected on my debit card and it was during the Cloudflare/Microsoft outage so I couldn't handle it by phone. Then, today, although just in to deposit a check, I encountered the same person, Tiffany Ebersole, and in passing told her I had an issue with Zelle (which is *in* the HW app - super helpful!) and she offered to call the call in number with me so as to avoid me failing to remember my first dog's middle name when being authenticated, and having issues there. Again, she was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I was a happy customer already but Tiffany reaffirmed that HW is a solid organization with friendly knowledgeable staff.

This podunk, antiquated sorry excuse for a bank doesn’t allow cash deposits through the ATM or have auto loans. The only way to get an unsecured loan is to have an 820 CS or the banker knows who “ya mama and dem” are (translation - you’re a “somebody” in Nola or Metairie Also, if you try to make a transaction at the teller 10 minutes before 4, you’ll get a rude reply and ultimate deny. I’m closing out my accounts today and going with a 21st Century Bank. I advice everyone else to do the same.

My fiancé went into this bank in Harvey this morning wearing an Anti Biden shirt and before they would help him they made him change because it was offensive to others around.. my fiancé and our family has been banking with Whitney for years. How are people so sensitive that we can’t just handle a simple bank transaction without people getting offended?

So there are zero signs indicating that parking is for bank customers only here. A security guard, Corey, with Allied Security told me I could not park in the lot while I ran next door for a to go order. This gentleman should not be put in this position. If the bank wants parking only for their customers they need to post signs, not make this security guard tell people. Pretty sure if my car was towed and there are no signs indicating that I cannot park there it would not be legal. So so e needs to own this problem at the bank. Post signs or stop making security guard threaten people. He is not law enforcement and should not be put in this position.

They never open when you need them I'm sorry I lost some memory due to my heart attack but the Metairie branch employees are rude I know you have rules but when a customer need help they should be help I try to be nice but I feel lost and picked on because my memory comes and goes please address this matter I will not mention names but this should be addressed thanks

Ever since the old Whitney bank branch across from Dorignacs moved into their new location down the street their drive up is unbelievably slow. I truly hate having to cash checks there because even when there drive-up isn't busy the wait time is agonizing.
