I keep having unpleasant and racist behavior from staff at this location. I was in self checkout and needed an associate and the associate decided to help anyone but me and left me standing there for a while. She even went to talk to her friend and she saw I needed help and looked at me
Multiple times until she finally told her friend let me go help this person.

I bought a $40 item that was packaged in a box only to find that it was NOT the item, but filled with junk. I suspect someone returned the item and the store did not inspect the contents before reselling it.
I immediately went back to the store to address it. I was refused a refund and only offered an exchange for the only other beat up box available. Asset Protection Associate "Kelly" was unhelpful and accusatory - heavily implying that I WAS the scammer despite being the victim. No accountability or apology on their part for having a box of junk on the shelf to sell to an unassuming customer.
Worst retail experience of my life.
