By far the rudest and most unhelpful pharmacy staff at any Walgreens that I have ever had to deal with. Both professionally and as a patient, the staff at this location never ceases to amaze me with their poor attitude and rude remarks. I highly suggest using any other Walgreens location before this one. Working in healthcare, I totally understand being overworked and underpaid, but you can do better. Would give zero stars if I could.

Giving one star because I have to give something to post a review. This is the WORST store/pharmacy EVER! Not only is the store filthy, the shelves are bare the majority of the time. Only one cashier (if you’re lucky) with more than a dozen people standing in line. I’ve had to walk all over the store to find an employee before because there was no cashier at the register and 5 other people waiting to check out…found 2 standing around laughing and playing on their phones by the photo department. Did I mention the junkies that approach you in the parking lot asking for money or harassing people?? My husband & I have witnessed a couple of them sharing a syringe in the corner of the parking lot by the back entrance before. When we told the employee inside she just stared at us blankly. It’s become sketchy at best and I don’t use that term lightly. That’s just the issues with the store itself! Now, on to the pharmacy department. RUDE! After trying to fill a prescription for over 2 weeks, I gave up and transferred all my medication to CVS. However, the one medication that they wouldn’t fill, they did not transfer!!! The reasons given that they didn’t/couldn’t fill it were: 1) They don’t have it in stock & will need to order it. 2) It’s not covered by my insurance. 3) I need a pre-authorization from my doctor. The issues I have: 1) Okay-order it. 2) I have a manufacturer coupon (was told that I cannot use the coupon bc I have insurance although they said insurance will not cover it. 3) My doctor sent the prescription straight to them AND did the pre-authorization TWICE!! They still would not fill it. This is not the first time I’ve had similar incidents with them on other medications. I would have stopped using them over a year ago if there was another pharmacy near me that accepted my insurance. Now that CVS is one again in-network for me…I will NEVER use this pharmacy again nor will I visit their store!

Don't expect staff to be trained. My passport photo just failed to meet requirements. Have to come in again, repeat process, and watch the entire passport process back up by at least a week. Hope my entire trip isn't ruined because of absolute incompetence on behalf of the store. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

The worst customer service, I called pharmacy & after 20 minutes that they put me in hold they hang up on me & I called back & after 15 minutes that I ask to speak with the manager pharmacy answered but not manager. There's a better Walgreens around with a better customer service , check before you put your order on this one .

It’s a very convenient location, so it’s where I always get my prescriptions filled. Never had any issue with the pharmacy itself, and the store was never anything special; I could just as easily go to the gas station next door for most things, and they’re probably cheaper. I’m currently sick, so I tried their same day delivery; not impressed. I only received 2 out of the 4 products I ordered; one of which was marked “do not substitute,” but a) online inventory should match in-store and b) I should have received some indication of missing products or substitution prior to delivery, not find out when I open the bag.
Also what’s up with the screens on the cooler doors? Unnecessary and borderline dystopian.

Pharmacy is a joke. Customer service is a joke. Stay away if you can you will save both time and money. The people here usually are on their phone surfing the internet playing games or whatever. Just stay far away if you can.
