i’m at your store at McGregor Square. The date is June 19 and it is 11:17 PM. The store is supposed to be open 24 hours. Why is the management at the store interfering with commerce I will be contacting the FTC and the Better Business Bureau regarding this management, this is not the first time that this is happened.

You really don't even deserve a 1 star. I waited in line at one of your Sulphur pharmacies for over an hour to get my stepdaughters prescription be abuse she went to urgent care this morning. Unacceptable for people to have to wait that long to get medicine they need. There were only 3 cars in front of me when I got there and still had to wait that long very much disappointed in this i will definitely use other pharmacies

I spoke to a person at your corporate office over the phone, she was very dismissive and not at all helpful. I hope I never have to speak to her again and no I didn't get her name.

Horrible. At Walgreens on General Degaulle they let the bums panhandle in front of the door. Can't get in and out without being blocked. Complained to cashier and she was acting stupid and rude. Manager not much better. They don't care. Called cooperate office and no return call. Pharmacy does not have stock. Will go to CVS on Degaulle. They don't tolerate this. Unbelievable!

12/8/23 The Gulf Shores Walgreens was visited at the photo department where my cell phone pictures were downloaded into the kiosk.
I knew this to be my select choice to secure my family photos on DVD
because in 2020 I used this "in store" method in Chattanooga, TN. I received my DVD photos without any stress.
My 2023 visit is what registered mylow-rating"low-rating

Walgreens corporate office as well as boots Inc. horrible companies want to take care of international business instead of local American business. If you’re not taking care of your company in the United States of America, you’re not taking care of your company no matter where you place it and move it to also quit outsourcing!!, Americans need jobs as well. Bottom line, Walgreens cares about profit, profit margins instead of people !!!!

Walgreens at 1821 Barataria has turned into a complete joke. Mindy is horrible at her job! The professionalism is out the window. Medications are rarely in-stock, the staff is rude and inattentive, the lines are extremely long and they are disorganized. Walgreens contacted me for 4 days saying my prescription was ready. I waited an hour in the drive thru then decided it would be better to go in the store. Waited another 25 minutes in line. Paid for the prescription only for the tech to inform me the prescription is not ready, it’ll take a few minutes to mix. After another 25 minutes wait another techs calls me up to refund my money as they do not have all the medications needed for the mix. Waited an additional 20 minutes for her to locate the prescription…Walgreens has changed. They are no longer concerned about the customer. It’s a money machine. The workers including the pharmacist has forgotten what they learned in school and has faltered to Walgreens the money machine.

I switched to Walgreens Bullard store because of convenience but these 3 months has been a constant inconvenience.I can never get someone in the phone and when I do it’s almost an hour later . Not to mention when you have to pick up and deal with someone who isn’t credentially certified is beyond me . You should listen to your patients concerns instead of money grabbing

If I could give zero stars I would. I called in a refill on six different medications at one time at the Walgreens at 12007 Lamey Bridge Rd in D’Iberville, MS. All but two were able to be filled. The two that were not filled. When I checked in those two, it only showed me having one prescription not filled and it was out of stock. I called and asked about the other missing prescription and the person I was talking to said she didn’t see it but would put it through for me. So then both of the prescriptions said they were out of stock. Two weeks later one was ready and the other was still showing out of stock. I waited and waited and waited. I call to check on it one day and was told by the automatic line that it would be ready the next day. The next day I hadn’t heard anything so I checked online and my prescription was gone. So, I called to see what was going on and was told that my insurance wouldn’t pay. So I asked why was my prescription filled anyway and me given the option to pay for it. The lady said because my prescription wasn’t pushed through. I said that makes no sense. So I’m still asking questions and she is just repeating the same thing. I’m like let me speak to someone else and she is like what other questions do you have. I said the same ones because what you are saying doesn’t make sense. She repeats herself again talking a lot but saying absolutely nothing and offering no real solution to my frustration. Finally, I say don’t worry about it I know what to do, and she hung up in my face. Walgreens I get it’s hard to find good help but this is ridiculous and you will lose a lot of business because of the incompetence the staff you having you have working there. I will have my business transferred to somewhere else.

the customer service at the local Walgreens stores is very poor - you can't get through on the phone - I've repeatedly tried to get a prescription filled and can't get it and now it has been cancelled again - my health is being affected by this very poor service

Worst customer service at the Crowder store. Your team leader Toria had the worst, I mean the worst I ever encountered. No sorry, no thank you, had me waiting on her for 15 minutes to give the worst ever customer service. Also, I was next in line, she took the customer behind me. She is no team leader. Tori need training ? ? ? bad.
