Love this Walgreens most of the time I have had problems with the white male employees being extremely rude...but all the ladies are extremely nice and helpful

Vaccine appt..... My family of 3 made appointments for the Covid vaccine at this location and when we arrived they informed us they ran out of shots. Another lady also had an appt so 4 people were turned away with no vaccine even though we had appts. Why give us appts if you give all the shots to walk ins? This makes no sense. Very disappointed with the way this location handles appts.

I hate to even give this Walgreens a one star! Definitely pick another location. The cashiers refuse to ring up sale items and I recently witnessed another customer being assaulted verbally in the store by a young male employee when he confronted the cashier about being over charged! I was with my small child and we were both scared by this employees actions. Avoid!!!!!

Ordered photos the night before that were supposed to be ready at 9:15am. I never was notified that it was ready and tried calling but couldn't deal with the automated system over the phone and it not understanding what I was calling for. Showed up at 9:40am, and the girl checked and didn't see my photos. She didn't say she didn't see them, I just saw her not find my name and start dealing with what appeared to be putting new ink in the printer. She never apologized or confronted the situation that they didn't have my photos or that she was trying to print them. I didn't say anything until 10 minutes in and asked if I needed to order from the other Walgreens If there was an issue here. She said, "ummm, you'd have to reorder completely." Okay.... Got my pictures at 10am. Frustrating and only ordering from the other Walgreen's location from now as I haven't had any issues with them. (On a time restraint because I'm throwing a bridal shower today.)

Worst treatment I've ever experienced. I went to this pharmacy because my regular store was out of my medication. I called my doctor and they recommended this store. They had the drug I needed, but said I had to get on the Walgreens prescription plan. I said okay, but then the pharmacist said I needed to be taking more medications to be on their plan!! Because I don't take a lot of prescription drugs, they would not fill my prescription. Pharmacist was very rude and dismissive when I asked him questions, and basically just walked away.

I love this pharmacy. So kind and welcoming. Valerie tranh, one of the pharmacists, is amazing. So smart and kind. All the staff are always kind and welcoming.
