Rude isn’t a strong enough word! No excuse for what I experienced! Yelled at me for asking a question about priority mail. Obviously trying to scare me into leaving so she didn’t have to work. I remember rough, gang girls like this from high school. I guess they work at the post office now.
When I asked her to be professional she threw a confidential tax return on the ground and told me to get back in line. I was shocked! Never again!

Unfortunately, I visited this place. I have a letter from 9 last month. The signature was wrong because of the sender. It was not returned to the sender and they did not contact him several times to correct the error. The letter is very important. What do you want from the immigration authorities? Why is this? Why do you come to the place many times and you have not succeeded and my letter is still lost?

I tried to get the post office to hold my package b/c a company I ordered from mishandled my addresss. The clerks there did not update their system that they returned my package to sender when I went to see if it was still there. I was recommended to a different location purposely by one of the clerks w/red braids (she I couldn't find a name tag). She purposefully gave the wrong information. The clerk that gave the info also had a bit of an attitude, wasn't patient enough, and didn't seem to want to ask questions to help me.

If I could give it a rating less than 0 I would gladly do so. This office is the worst service I have ever seen. It seems like they will work for free. They do their job in a bad way they treat people badly they are truly incompetent to do that job as is the passport service they are racist they yell at people I don't recommend that place it is better to go to the real passport office they treat you with respect and They help you facilitate the process in the best way. Nothing to do with these inept post officials

Great experience with the passport department. Super quick and easy, and got great help and information from the passport attendant. Was expecting a long wait but everything was right on time.

Had to get my fingerprints scanned here and it was an absolute nightmare!!! Spent $50 for them, then received an email that my fingerprints weren’t rolled correctly. Then I had to come back again and pay another $50. Each time I came here, the employees were unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Nobody deserves to be treated like an inconvenience. Horrible people, horrible place. Do not come here‼️

Awesome! There was a lady all by herself doing it all! I'm embarrassed I forgot her name, receipt says Clerk #14. She was patient, answered all of my questions, was calm& professional, and even answered questions while processing paperwork. I was able to fill out my application for renewal, get my photo taken And mail it off in 1 stop. Thank you!!!

If I could possible give this a -5 stars or -10 stars I would. Arguable the worst place in the world. If you’re trying to get your passport here - good luck and god bless you. 50/50 chance you’ll stand around for hours and get nothing.I would recommend bringing a book or a Nintendo or something to pass the hours you will wait. Even with an appointment.

This post office is top notch! I go here often and all my experiences have been positive. The staff is quick and very friendly. The 17th street post office will continue to be my go to post office!

What kind of mail boxes are outside the post office! You can't put bulk mail in them, one envelope at a time. Useless! Let's go back to the old mail boxes and put some cameras out on the existing poles outside.......Really!
