Went here yesterday just to ship a package and the employee was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my whole life. She refused to let me speak and interrupted me mid-sentence multiple times. When I started to get annoyed she basically started pretending like I wasn’t there and threatened to call the cops if I spoke to her again. She also kept making up her own postage rules such as “you can’t ship with USPS if it’s not in a USPS box.” This woman needs to be fired.

man tried to tell me he couldn't tape my box after i watched him tape the lady in front me box. tried to make me buy tape when he had tape sitting on the counter in front of him. goofy as hell ?

The lady working this morning was very unpleasant. She informed me of some rules for shipping packages, and I politely shared I wasn’t aware because this hadn’t came up at different locations. (But will gladly learn how to make their lives easier especially during the holiday season) After she said she will talk with her supervisor to get in contact with these other offices. Just seemed like an unusual response to employees who are helpful and kind?Oh, and this was all over taping a label.

Absolutely had to get documents to Berkeley, California within 24 hours, had very helpful agent who walked me through process and docs delivered in 12 hours!

Awful! I watched & listened to one of the workers here stand behind the counter swinging her long braids talking about me to another customer as I walked in to drop more packages. She thought I was done but had more to drop off. How disgusting & unprofessional. Typical government worker trash!!!!!

The number of times I've watched people be yelled at or snapped at in this office has been enough that I will never go back even though I live next to it. It's always over things that didn't necessitate that kind of rudeness. I've never been to a more unpleasant post office.

On Dec 30 2019 at 1:18 pm I went to this (my local) postoffice. About 10 people were waiting as there was a handwritten sign that said LunchBreak and the PO was closed. NEVER has this happened. The current 2 female workers are incompetent and rude. Rarely can either help without the assistance of the other which may be why they need to take lunch together and for the 1st time EVER close the post office. This is a very frequented post office that needs qualified workers. Sadly this is convenient but I urge the postmaster to make a change.

Some of the employees are friendly, but none of them will go out of their way to help. Convenient and easily accessible.

Every time I call, no one answers. I've never gotten through at this local number. I tried calling the 1-800 number, but the wait time was over 1 hour.they r horrible!
